Administration of
Justice
Las Positas offers courses that lead to an Associate in Arts degree in Administration of Justice, including a Basic Peace Officer Academy for students seeking full-time employment in law enforcement. A Reserve Peace Officer course and several advanced officer courses are also offered in the program. The degree program prepares students for transfer to a four-year college or university while the Basic Peace Officer Academy and Reserve Peace Officer programs prepare students for direct job entry with a California law enforcement agency.

We are here for our country, and we are here for our community. The PSC is here for the sole reason of creating emergency response for the future. Whether a team is ventiallating a patient in the back of an ambulance, saving a hostage from a criminal, or blazing down the street in a big red hook and ladder... these individuals have come together as our public safety sector to protect you!
We recognize our fallen heroes of September 11th, 2001, and additionally all catastrophic events prior to and after.
